For your safety and peace of mind, we strongly recommend you to purchase only genuine Bando products.
Bando Chemical is taking decisive action to eliminate counterfeit products, by protecting intellectual property rights and monitoring distribution thoroughly. With “customer safety as our top priority,” we are committed to delivering genuine products and taking all possible measures to combat counterfeit products.
1. What is a Counterfeit Product?
Counterfeit products are those that are made by imitating others’ already existing products, rather than creating them yourself. Among these, there are many inferior counterfeit products that infringe upon intellectual property rights (patent, utility model, design, trademark, etc.).
These counterfeit products do not meet the same quality standards as genuine Bando products and may cause unexpected malfunctions, accidents, or safety hazards, posing risks to both users and others.
Examples of counterfeit products of our company's products
Case 1: Deletion of “BANDO” printing
M.O. to make it appear as if the legitimate company name was printed on the label
Case 2: Use of similar name “BAMDO”
Mocking up the appearance and logo to mislead customers into believing that the product is legitimate.
Case 3: Unauthorized use of the [BANDO] logo
Logos are imitated and sold as if they were legitimate products.
