The BL QUICK-CHANGE Model QCP-100 is an automatic tool changer used in press handling applications for switching part-adsorption end-effectors. It is easy to set up ID confirmation on the Tool plate side, and the block itself is equipped with a protective cover. An electrical signal contact block without a connector on the tool side is available as an option.

The BL QUICK-CHANGE Model QCP-220 is an automatic end-effector changer used in press handling and loading applications, with a payload capacity of 200kg for large panels and high-speed robots. It can be directly installed on a PCD125 mm robot flange.

The BL QUICK-CHANGE Model GC-300A is a device for automatic tool changing, specially designed for changing material handling welding guns or guns with built-in transformers in a spot-welding line. Primary current, air pressure and electrical signals (Servo) modules can be selected for the GC-300A.The GC-300A provides increased production line efficiency and cost effectiveness.

QUICK-CHANGE ZEUSTM is available such as spot-welding gun exchange, material handling and tool changing. It can use for robot payloads of 150-230kg. ZEUS incorporates the proven locking mechanism of the BL Quick-Change. It is a new, advanced Quick-Change, and ZEUS is light weight and thinness when coupled.

GIGA is a device for automatic tool changing, designed for robots handling heavy-payloads, with weight capacities of 350kg, 400kg, 500kg, and 700kg. GIGA is used for body in white handling and jig base changing in the automotive industry. It is also used in other industries for heavy load palletizing, and loading and unloading of CNC machines. In addition to handling applications, GIGA can be used in spot-welding gun changing applications. GIGA can also use our QUICK-CHANGE ZEUS Series modules.

ROTARY JOINT PN-ZERO Series
PN-ZERO Series is a rotary joint developed for positioners and turntables. The lightweight and compact body is equipped with electrical signal contacts and pneumatic port utilities. There are no restrictions on the angle of rotation, so its endless 360 degree rotation eliminates problems associated with electrical wire wrapping and pneumatic pipe fittings. Please select a model based on the electrical signal contacts and number of contacts needed.
The RCC Device is designed to perform remote compliance functions, incorporating durable, yet flexible rubber mount elements. The device, which is installed between the robot arm (or other automated assembly equipment) and the gripper, simplifies assembly because the device corrects lateral, cocking (diagonal) and/or torsional positional misaligment. The device reduces the number of assembly defects and lost time due to misalignment, and helps prevent equipment damage. The result is improved product quality and manufacturing productivity.
The Lock-up RCC Device is a device for correcting positional misalignment when robots or other automated assembly equipment are used for insertion tasks. The LUR Series incorporates a pneumatic lockup mechanism in a modified RCC Device which stops lateral vibration of the shaft when the robot arm moves. This allows for greater speed and acceleration in the operation and reduces cycle time, as the robot does not need to wait for the lateral vibration to stop before performing the insertion function.
Couple Joint is a device used to easily and simultaneously connect and disconnect pneumatics and electric signals. Now electric signal lines and pneumatic fittings can be changed with the touch of the hand, shortening the traditional manual set-up times. The modules incorporate the same designs as the BL Quick-Change, with proven reliability and durability.
